D2 - 1 MIL MT X 12 CIF ASWP - Target price $330 / $310 CIF ASWP.

The following basic terms and conditions will apply to both deals:

1. You should be at least Seller's Facilitator, direct to the Seller Mandate.
2. Seller should be ready to sign FBI Warning Letter with the Buyer.
3. Buyers don't want any soft probe, as they will send POF - Bank to Bank. Buyers are going to commit release of POP Bank to Bank in ICPO. Sellers should accept this, as the Buyers are going to send signed FBI Warning Letters with ICPO.
4. If the Buyer's Bank Swifts POF to the Seller's Bank - The Seller's Bank should be in a position to respond with POP per return Swift or within maximum 24 hours. This has to be mentioned in the Seller's FCO and contract.

Please let me know if you have a real seller, who can comply with the above.
Request follow the following guide line for sending offers to avoid wasting time on back & forth mails for every detail:

1. Price
2. Procedure
3. Your position with respect to the seller / seller mandate
4. Buyer's Side Commission structure (Must be 1/3, 1/3, 1/3)
5. Your position in the commission structure
6. Can the seller sign the FBI Warning Letter along with the buyer?
7. Please send your direct Tel / Fax / Mobile numbers & Skype ID for better communication.

Note: Please don't send offer if the seller can't sign FBI Warning Letter.

All the above points must be answered serially in your offer.

Regards,
Shanker Ghosh
