I represent a Mauritiuan based company that is looking to source a supply for the importation of 60 tons of sugar to Middle Eastern countries. I am writing to enquire whether your company has the capacity to supply such quantities of sugar at predefined dates (e.g. end of Q4 2009 or Q1 2010). If you have the capacity to take such orders I would be grateful if you can forward the following information:
-Different types and quality of sugar that can be delivered;
-Price list for each type and its origin (e.g. Brazil, Thailand, India, etc.); and
-Distribution means or shipping terms and costs.
Naturally, if found acceptable we would need to agree on a testing process whereby a sample can be delivered for quality inspection. As always I would be grateful for your prompt response.
